Help Orphans Incorporated is registered with the New York State Charities Bureau (NYS Reg No. 50-88-24) as a charitable organization and is exempt from federal income tax under the Internal Revenue Code (IIRC) Section 501(c)(3). Donors can deduct contributions they make to Help Orphans Incorporated under IRC Section 170. Help Orphans is also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106 or 2522
